새 차 구입후, 세컨 카를 구입하였습니다. 방문 후, 차량 구입시 까지 느낀점은, 본인 실정에 맞게, 절대 비싼 차를 추천하지 않아 경제적 부담이 크지 않았고, 차량 판매 후, 보험부터 이지패스 설치, 오일교환, 인스펙션, 차량 수리까지 모두 원스탑으로 처리해 주셔서 감동을 받았습니다. 3년 이내 단기 체류자들의 경우, 차량에 대한 모든 문제를 한번에 처리할 수 있는 훌륭한 곳이라고 생각됩니다.

Faheem was the lead sales guy, but his company tagged team on the car I wanted to buy from them. One of Faheem's peer's, John reached out to me to give my an update on the vehicle on Faheem's day off. The Owner Mike went with me on my test drive. He even agreed to stop by my house so my wife and boys could take a look at the vehicle before I purchased it. Mike, by the way, did not just sit in the car on his phone, he got out and introduced himself to my family. That's the kind of company I want to deal with. They were professional, straight forward and reliable. They even purchased my beat up old Van which, even though not a lot of money, helped me facilitate the purchase as I did not have a lot of buyers for that van.

I can’t recall by names, were all so very kind, patient, and helpful in regards to helping me and my father finance my first car. They made this experience so fun and so exciting for me I wish I found them sooner!! Thank you so much guys & girls at Hankook

Had the best buying experience of my life, and I’ve bought a lot of cars! This was the most laid back, non pressuring dealership I’ve ever worked with. I went to CapitalOne and obtained a pre-qualified loa*************** went to the dealership and met with Faheem, my sales guy and very easy to work with. The Finance Manager, Marcelo, was very easy to work with and the pre-qualified deal from CapitalOne is exactly what I obtained. Mike got my car ready to go and in a little less tha 2 hours, I had my car and was on the road. Mike, the owner, has made this a true family organization who really cares about their customers and has great selections of cars. I’m going back for my next car because this was truly a great customer experience; thanks to all at Hankook Motors!!!

Thanks to Mike who really provided us the best ever car buying service. Before I came to all the dealers, I had a lot of email correspondence with all the sales persons and MIke is definitely the best one. He replied immediately with accurate answers. When we came to his office, he was very easy to talk to and patient with us. He also is keeping us in great ease and no pressure buying at all! Also we love the car we bought for our college kid!
