Shopping for a used car can be challenging experience. My wife and I were looking for a very specific vehicle, including color, year and model. In all we found a half dozen vehicles that met our price range and criteria.Hankookmotors was the last of dealerships we visited. Up to this point we had been very disappointed with the quality of the vehicles and the quality of service we received when we arrived at those other dealerships. I called George to inquire on the vehicle, a 2007 Lexus IS 250, and he set an appointment up to see the car. Following our conversation George, without being asked, sent me the stats on the vehicle and directions to the dealership. I was immediately impressed with his professionalism and willingness to work with us. When we arrived George greeted us and showed us the car, took us for a drive and then allowed my wife and I to talk privately without any pressure. Agai*************** I was impressed. We negotiated some and this is when Michael Kim joined us. Like any car buying experience when the sales manager enters you know you are in for some hard negotiating. Not the case at all. We agreed on a fair price and Mike sweetened the deal by making a small repair to the vehicle we expected would either be denied or would require a return trip to the dealership. As we prepared to leave I noted a headlight was out. Mike and his team jumped on this immediately and spent an hour trying to correct the issue. It was late on a Saturday evening and we agreed to leave the car for a repair. When we returned the car was fixed, gassed up, washed and Mike personally presented my wife with new floor mats for the inconvenience of leaving the car. This level of service and pride in product is something you do not see every day. Mike and George stood head and shoulders above any of the sales personnel we encountered in our month plus search for a car. Without hesitation I would recommend to any of my friends, family and co-workers Mike, George for their next car. I'd like to leave a little review of my dealings withMIke Kimand Mr. Rahi in particular. Mr. Rahi is not your typical used car salesman. He was very professional and low key. There were no hard pressure sales tactics whatsoever. I had picked out a 2007 Lincoln town car. I came out on Wednesday and I didn't have a lot of time as I had to return a company rental van. I just wanted to take a quick look at the car and informed Mr. Rahi that I would have someone bring me back on Saturday when I would have more time to thoroughly check out the Lincoln and take a test drive. On Thursday of the same week Mike sent me an email with a credit application. In the email Mr. Rahi manager offered to provide me with a ride from Washingto*************** D.C. to Fairfax,VA. As you can imagine the ride I had arranged for Saturday fell thru. I called Mr. Rahi first thing Saturday to see if the Lincoln was still there and if the offer of a pick-up from my house to the Dealer was still available. Mr. Rahi informed me that he could not send anyone for me,but, if I caught a cab that the Dealer would pay for the cab. True to his word, Mr. Rahi paid for the cab. In closing I just want to say the reason I choseMIke Kimand Mr. Rahi is from all the positive reviews that I read online. I had checked out quite a few other Dealers and they all had bad reviews. Mr. Rahi andMike kimlived up to all the positive reviews I read. They treated me professionally and courteously. I was very satisfied with the treatment I received. I will keep fingers crossed for the future.

I was looking for a reasonable used car. I had to search so many options and it took me a month or so. Eventually I found out about the " Hankook motors "and purchased a Toyota Corolla 2004. I can proudly say that " Hankook "has been my great car buying experience I have ever had. I was really nervous that I will get ripped off. I worked with Shaiq Rahi, a professional young man with a wonderful customer service skills that impressed me. He had to deal with several customers simultaneously. He patiently took the time to answer all my questions regarding the car and I test drove. Shaiq had full knowledge about the car. As a non - technical perso*************** I didn't know much about the engine and other important parts of the car. His clear communication skills helped me understand more about the car. He is a fantastic and helpful person to deal with. All the good words he said about the car was proofed when I took it for Maryland Inspection. The inspector in Maryland was surprised about the car. He was trying to find a problem in the car but he couldn't. The car passed MD inspection easily. I had to fix nothing as everything was already taken care of by "Hankook motors" I am satisfied withthe services and it's professional staff member Shaiq Rahi. I hereby recommend to all first time used car buyers to visit and buy from them. They are the dealer that you can count on and recommend to others. There's always a little anticipation when you walk into a new quest in life, and buying a car was definitely one of those areas for us. But those concerns quickly faded away when we walked through the door and met George. His demeanor, helpfulness, experience, and just general personality was exceptional, and the whole atmosphere of the dealership projected that same image. Mike, George's Boss, was no different, and was easily recognized as a man of great integrity. The entire experience atHankook was fantastic! My daughter and I shopped for a vehicle to replace her 1993 Jeep Wagoneer. We were hoping to find an SUV, with low mileage for under $10K. Our search took us toHankook motorswhere we were able to find a Hyundai Sana Fe that fit our needs. We were greeted by Louis Acheampong, who I first noticed was able to handle many different task very efficiently on a busy Saturday. We were very impressed with Mr. Acheampong's knowledge of the vehicle, his patience, and willingness to work with us despite not being in the market for one of the higher end cars available. Once we returned home, my daughter decided she loved the car and we called Mr. Acheampong back, (after hours), and he agreed to come in on Sunday, (his day off), to finalize the sale. I was equally impressed with Mr. Kim's involvement with our purchase. We had a couple of minor requests that the service department promptly took care of. I purchased a 2008 BMW 335Xi and they live up to their name. I came in on a busy day since it is around Christmas. Louis was my sales rep. Even though he had multiple clients, he did his best to make sure everyone had the needed attention. I was also introduced to Mr. Kim, he made sure that I purchased with confidence going through the details of what's been done. I'm enjoying my purchase and will be coming back for future

I found my car online through Cars.com, It's a 2006 Hyundai Sonata Lx. It was listed with only 86,000 miles and it was for just under $8,000. As is I was looking at about $835 in fees and taxes, that part is with any dealer, so I couldn't complain about that. I looked over the car and the only thing I was able to find wrong with it were that the tire treads were a little low, the driver's side mirror stuck a little, and that the car only came with one set of keys. Right off the bat, the owner Mike Kim took $600 off for the tires and mirrors. Then he offered to reduce it by an additional $100 for the missing set of keys. I haggled once. Only once. I asked for an additional $40.59 off the price to even it up to exactly $8100. Mr. Kim agreed that it was a fair price and we shook hands on the deal. That took care of the difference in fees and taxes right there. From there I spoke with George Dzagania. He helped me with the paperwork. He was very kind and helpful. At the financial end of it, I met with Jimmy Diani. He submitted the application with the bank with my downpayment and the bank came back with an interest rate of only 4.9%, which may sound high for a new car, but for a used car that is nine years old, it's actually a wonderful rate. I walked out with a payment of $142 a month for five years. I had a great experience and I would recommend it to anyone. I shopped around a lot. I looked at over 400 Hyundai Sonata LX's over the course of two months. I am not an easy person to please. I knew exactly what I wanted and I wouldn't settle for anything less. So when I found this car at Hankook motors. I checked everything. Mechanically, it was very sound. The few issues that it did have were adjusted for in the price. When you need a car, talk to Mike Kim. He is an Honorable and Knowledgeable man. Make sure to talk to him directly when you get to Hankook motors

Let me start this review by stating that there is not a single sustainable used car dealership in the nation that is not focused on making a profit; this is why they exist. So, the mark of quality is in how the sales staff treat customers and provide them with transparency and information. And it's worth noting that any car buyer can dramatically improve their car-buying experience at any dealership by simply doing the homework; know the vehicle, know the market and research the dealer. In this regard, my recent purchase of a used Toyota Highlander atHankook Motors was a great experience. Daniel Fuentes is new to the dealership, but proved himself to be possessed of a customer-focused attitude that will serve him well. He provided stellar service and immediate, responsive and knowledgeable support; especially commendable when taking into account dealing with a demanding buyer like me. There was only one hiccup in communication regarding the transfer of plates to the new vehicle, and he handled it deftly and with grace, though it required revising some paperwork to resolve the situation as I wished. On top of all this, he genuinely loves cars, the business and interacting with people ? that's something that cannot be taught and should be valued in a salesperson. On the financial side, Laura Davis in the back office was extremely friendly and informative, taking the time to explain in detail the itemized charges over the phone to my satisfaction. She provided maximum transparency and there were no ridiculous or contrived charges that some dealers will incorporate into their sales price. The vehicle itself was in amazing conditio*************** as did appear to be the others in their lot. Although it has more than 100k miles on it, it is exceptionally clea*************** the engine performs beautifully and it includes all the features I wanted, along with a few bonus features. As I stated up front, all dealers are in this business to make a profit, so if you hope to get the exact vehicle you want at the price you want, then it is incumbent upon you to do the research and come prepared. The final price was only a little more than I wanted to pay, but only due to my needing it immediately and not having the luxury of time to wait for another price drop. That being said, Daniel was willing to engage with his manager several times during negotiations to bring their price down to an acceptable level. (To be honest, considering the quality of the vehicle, the asking price was already fair and the final price was a good deal ? I did mention I'm demanding, right?)Hankook Motors was a two-hour drive from my residence, but it was worth the trip to make this purchase and I would recommend dealing with them in the future. I called about a car I'd seen advertised. When I arrived at the dealership Jimmy let me test drive the car right away. I had plenty of time to drive the car and decide whether it was in good condition and worth the price. I never felt pressured to buy,Mike was friendly, informative, and helpful. The car was in great shape, it had all the features that were advertised, and we did the paperwork in short order. This was a no-hassle car buying experience and I highly recommend this dealership

"한국자동차에서는 합리적인 가격에 최상으로 유지관리된 차량을 소개해 주었습니다. 그리고 엔진오일 교체시기인 3,000 mile 주행시마다 무상 엔진오일 교체와 정비, 점검, 부품교체 등의 서비스를 보장해 주었고, 2년 간의 파견기간 동안 엔진 및 미션에 관한 Warranty를 보장해 주었습니다. 또한 자동차 보험의 가입과 관련해 타 에이전트보다 훨씬 저렴한 가격에 자동차보험 가입을 주선해 주고, 버지니아 주에 위치해 있음에도 불구하고 메릴랜드 주의 차량검사 및 등록, 임시면허증 발급 및 연장 등의 서비스를 제공하였습니다. 또한, 미국 사회를 잘 모르는 초년병의 입장에서 자동차 관련 사기가 극성을 치는데, 이와 관련해 상의하고 조언을 받을 수 있어서, 자동차 관련 사기를 피해갈 수 있었습니다. Great transaction. Team was very flexible in their processes and moved through the paperwork quickly. Was in and out in approximately 1 hour, including test-drive and all the back-office stuff. Pre-purchase inspections revealed the car to be exactly as described and sold.
