MIke did a fantastic job with a pretty painless negotiation session. Very relaxed and great customer service. Talked us through the entire process and gave us great insight and options on the Purchase. We have developed a relationship which will lead to more business in the future. Yesterday was such a wonderful experience at Hankook Motors. Through the whole process with the team- Pauline in Sales, Mike, and Eddie in Financing- they were so kind and patient with me, made sure I was more than taken care of, and left with my DREAM Lexus IS 300 F Sport. Every car on that lot is beautiful and after we drove off with it- the first comment my (Negotiating “tough guy”) Dad made was that he will be going here for his next car purchase. The price I paid and the service I received for that value and that car is unbeatable. I can’t thank you all enough for making the process feel like the total opposite of what buying a car usually feels like. You were above and beyond and I will be your biggest advocate going forward. Like anyone going into a car purchase, new or used, I was apprehensive; "Am I going to get a good deal?", "Will this be a reliable car?", "Is the dealer going to try and hide something, just to make the sale?". But I did not experience any of those concerns withHankook Motors. After researching for over a month, I found the car, 2012 Toyota Venza, that I wanted to test drive. I was able to get an appointment with Pauline and I was able to get my walk around and test drive. No pressure what so ever. She let me do my walk around checking panel gaps, engine bay, interior, window functio*************** etc. Went on the test drive (nice loop with mix of residential and 4 lane roads) did the normal listen for stuff, make sure the car brakes in a straight line, etc. We proceeded to make a deal (trade my owned outright car and pay cash for the balance of the Venza). They gave me a fair trade offer based off compared to KBB and a couple other value website's and the deal was done in an hour or so. A new happy customer left Fairfax Motors with his new (to him) car. Later that night and the following morning, as I was diving into all the bells and whistles, an issue did arise with the door locks (the one thing I didn't check). After determining that there was indeed a door locking mechanism issue and not a keyless entry issue, I contacted Pauline. She got me down there the next day so Mike could confirm the issue, which he did, I was informed, they would make it right at no cost to me! The car did come with a small power train warranty, but this was not part of that warranty. They were more concerned about selling a car that functioned correctly, then the expense of getting the locks fixed. They were great from start to finish and I would not hesitate to buy another car from Pauline and the team atHankook Motors!
