미국에 와서 경황이 없는 와중에 지인으로부터 한국자동차 김태원 사장님을 소개받아서 중고차를 구입하였습니다 차상태도 너무 좋았고 무엇보다 1년동안 미국에 있는 동안 차와 관련된 각종 서비스를 도맡아 해주셔서 걱정없이 지낼수 있었습니다 정말 감사드립니다

미국 생활이 처음이라 모든 것이 낯설었는데 중고차부터 미국 생활까지 전반적으로 모든 부분을 챙겨주신 사장님, 사모님 이하 모든 직원들분께 감사합니다. 정말 든든했습니다. 언제 다시 미국에 올 수 있을지 모르지만 다시 버지니아에 온다면 다시 사장님을 찾고 싶습니다. 감사합니다

I had given up all the hopes to buy pre-owned car before i entered Hankook Motors. I started looking for a car in September 2018 and my search ended with them in December 2018. I bought Toyota Camry 2007 model with about 108k miles on it. I am someone who holds the excitement to write a review bad or good. I take time so can be fair in my reviews. And now after a month I am happy to share my experience with them. - The car : The car that i got from them is Excellent! The vehicle runs smoothly and I do not see even the slightest of problem with the vehicle even considering that its more than 10 years old. It came with 1 year Virginia inspection sticker on it. I was been given 1 month / 1000 miles warranty without paying anything extra. - The buying experience: This is most important when it comes to a dealership. My deal was handled by 3 people. Faheem, Michelle and Mike. All of them had one thing in common - Excellent Customer service. Not only was i given the test drive for the vehicle, but i was actually left with the car alone for a while. This helped me to inspect the car the way i want it to. The documentation was smooth. I was been given the custody of vehicle in 24 hours, absolutely hassle free. This dealership is serious about their business and you would observe it the moment you walk in to their store. I ended up looking at other vehicle too and they definitely have quality pre-owned vehicles. Happy to have bought from them! Thank you, Faheem, Michelle and Mike.

미국 온 지 좀 되어 차를 사야해서 방문했는데 정말 좋은 차를 얻게되어서 너무 기뻤고, 하나하나 꼼꼼하게 챙겨주시는 사장님! 정말 친절하시고 편안하게 대해주셔서 너무 감사했다. 차에 대해 모르는것이 많았는데 자세히 설명도 해주셔서 정말 감사했다. 차를 살때 더욱 신중하게 결정하게 되는데 꼼꼼하게 확인해주시고 질문 하나하나에 자세히 설명해주시는 사장님 덕분에 좋은차를 얻게 된 것 같다. 미국에서 차를 사야 한다면 한국자동차로!

타주에서 지인으로부터 차를 구매했습니다.그런데, 버지니아주에서 차를 등록하는 것은 너무 복잡한 절차를 거쳐야했고 미국에 막 입국해서 할수 있는 일이 아니었습니다. 하도 막막해서 사장님께 전화를 드렸는데 정말 이틀만에 타이틀을 받았네요!!직접 판매하신 차가 아니었음에도 열성으로 해결해주셔서 어찌나 감사하던지요..이후에도 차에 관련된 모든 일을 상의드렸는데 늘 친절하게 해결해주셨습니다.

리뷰보고 찾아간 곳인데 역시나 사장님이 너무 친절하시고 좋았습니다. 첫날 가자마자 추천해주신 차를 시승해보고 빠른시간 합리적인 가격에 차를 구입하였습니다. 무엇보다 차를 사고 파는데서 끝나는게 아니라 구입 후에도 점검이라든지 차량 관리를 꾸준하게 해주시는 점이 너무 만족스럽습니다.

Overall great experience! Shopping for cars is so overwhelming and Mike had a very relaxed and friendly approach in selling me a car. He kept in personal contact with me throughout the process and made sure that I had a good experience. There were a few things that needed to be done after the purchase to fix up the car and Faheem and Mike were both very helpful in making sure the car was up to my standards. Really appreciated the personal and kind approach in sales at hankook Motors.
