>My husband and I had a great experience purchasing a used Highlander. Pauline assisted us in test driving and answering our questions as well as stayed after closing hours. She provided us her personal cell to reach her on her day off, which we ended up doing. Other individuals at the dealership assisted us information for securing our loan and getting information for our insurance company. Yesterday was such a wonderful experience at Hankook Motors. Through the whole process with the team- Pauline in Sales, Mike, and Eddie in Financing- they were so kind and patient with me, made sure I was more than taken care of, and left with my DREAM Lexus IS 300 F Sport. Every car on that lot is beautiful and after we drove off with it- the first comment my (Negotiating “tough guy”) Dad made was that he will be going here for his next car purchase. The price I paid and the service I received for that value and that car is unbeatable. 여기서 아반떼 18년형을 샀는데 너무 마음에들고 차도 너무 좋습니다. 차 찾고 계시다면 여기 꼭 한번 가보세요! Always kind and very professional!

몇일전에 리스한 자동차를 반납하려고하는데 실제 차 가격보다 더 많은 금액을 내야한다고 하더라구요. 리스할당시에는 이런저런 말이 없고해서 했는데..... 자기네 차를 제 계약을 하던지 아니면 그에따른 돈을 지불하던지 말이죠. 어처구니 없고 딜러의 행포를 고스란히 당했습니다. 리스 별로 좋지가 않아요. 영어도 못하는데 따지자니 좀 그렇고해서 고민하다가 한국 자동차에 와서 상담을 하였는데 보호를 받지 못한다네요. 결국 돈을 내야 했지만 여러가지 알기쉽게 상황설명과 더불어 내가 봐야할 일까지 친절하게 봐주셔서 깨끗하게 해결했어요 고맙고 수고하셨습니다. 모쪼록 번창하시길 바랍니다.<

By far the best experience you can ask for in a car dealership the staff were very helpful, vehicle are in great condition. the process was very transparent and smooth, Mike was great from start to finish answered all our questions, even AFTER we had made a deal mike went above and beyond to help us out.
