I found a vehicle I was interested in on the website. I contacted the dealership and Patrick & Mike was very prompt in responding to me and answering questions I had. The vehicle we purchased was for my teenage daughter. They made sure the vehicle was in great condition and spent time with her going over all the controls and features of the vehicle to ensure she was comfortable. This was our first time purchasing a vehicle from this dealership and had a very pleasant experience with everyone we worked with. We would definitely return for future purchases.

>My husband and I had a great experience purchasing a used Highlander. Pauline assisted us in test driving and answering our questions as well as stayed after closing hours. She provided us her personal cell to reach her on her day off, which we ended up doing. Other individuals at the dealership assisted us information for securing our loan and getting information for our insurance company. Had a great buying experience with Michael atHankook Motors. Bought a great car, 2014 SLK350, at a great price. There was no pressure, the process was entirely transparent, Michael was professional and courteous. My wife and I will absolutely consider buying fromHankook Motors again. Great buying experience from beginning to end. Mike Kim and Michelle make you feel like family. A minor mechanical issue occurred a week after I took possession of the car and they were quick to fix it with no hesitation. I highly recommend them!

I have bought a few vehicles from Hankook Motors. Mr. Kim is a man of his words. He's very polite with his clients and treats everyone as family. His vehicles are clean and at a great value. I love my BMW X5 and I will definitely buy from him again.

We cannot say enough good things about this dealership. We were there to buy our daughter a used vehicle to drive back-and-forth to college. We dealt with Pauline and Michael. When we arrived the vehicle was ready for us to take out. We asked Pauline to drive the vehicle for us since we were from out of town and not familiar with Fairfax roads. We also wanted to be able to pay attention to the vehicle sounds and interior. Pauline described how the brakes felt, how the steering felt and how the engine felt. She even told us the brakes felt a bit soft but we had been fore warned that the rotors were going to be replaced. After a successful test drive and agreeing on purchase price (which by the way, they were willing to negotiate), we visited with Michael Kim who I believe is the Owner. We paid for the vehicle and agreed to return on Saturday so FM could replace the rotors. When we returned on Saturday, the rotors had been replaced, the catalytic converter had been replaced, the airbags had been replaced (there was an open recall on them) and the differential fluid had been replaced. Apparently, Mr. Kim, after learning the car was for our daughter, decided to have their mechanics check the vehicle front to back to be sure it was safe and operating well. All on his own and with no expense to us. We could not be happier with Hankook Motors and we definitely recommend them, especially Pauline and Mike. We will definitely be back to buy our next vehicle there!

Extremely engaging staff willing to work with the customer to meet his or her needs. More than fair trade-in value for my truck, and worked to get me the lowest interest rate possible for my purchase. Staff is also going out of its way to assist in getting some minor, post-sale repairs made. Very pleasant experience. Will be a return customer!

Very professional and personal interaction with all the employees we worked with. The vehicle we looked at matched the advertisement and the pricing was excellent. Everyone was extremely helpful and provided all the information we needed. The owner himself was extremely gracious and I would recommend this place for anyone looking for a used vehicle.

미국에서 가족들과 안전하고 건강하게 생활해야 한다는 부담감을 갖고 공항에 첫발을 내딛었어요. 미국 생활이 처음인지라 세 명의 아이들을 데리고 잘 정착할 수 있을지 막막하고 걱정이 이만저만 아니었지요. 미국에서는 아이스크림, 과자 하나를 사려고 해도 차를 타고 이동해야 할 정도로 자동차는 집과 함께 가장 중요한 것에 해당합니다. 다행히 집은 전임자의 도움을 받아 계약을 했고, 자동차는 이전에 이곳을 다녀간 모든 사람들이 한 목소리로 추천한 한국자동차 에서 구매하기로 결정했습니다.한국에서 몇 일간 렌트한 차량을 워싱턴 댈러스 공항에 반납해야 했는데, 직접 사모님께서 공항에서 와주셔서 저희를 픽업을 해주었어요. 이동 중에 미국 생활에서 궁금한 것을 물어보니 친절하게 이야기 해주시면서 잘 지낼 수 있으니 걱정 말라며 안심시켜 주시더군요. 그리고 한국으로 돌아갈 때 공항까지 이동 수단이 걱정되었는데, 출국날 공항까지 픽업해주신다고 해서 더욱 감동했어요.처음 한국 모터스를 방문했을 때 좋은 인상을 가진 사장님이 웃는 얼굴로 저희를 반갑게 맞아주시고, 5명인 우리 가족이 미국에서 생활하는데 적합한 조건과 가격에 부합하는 밴(혼다 오디세이)을 소개해주었습니다. 그리고 같이 시승을 하면서 교통법규, 차량의 특성, 이용방법을 상세히 알려주었어요. 특히 D.C 방면을 자주 오가는 관계로 EZ Pass가 꼭 필요한데, 어떤 종류(플렉스, 일반)를 구매해야하는지 어떻게 등록하고 작동하는지 전혀 정보가 없었는데, 대표님의 사모님이 친절히 인터넷 등록, 가입, 결재방법, 부착장소 등 생소한 부분을 아주 자세히 설명해주시고 직접 도와주었어요. 그리고 자동차 보험도 미국에서 가장 큰 회사인 GEICO에 가입 해주었는데 좋은 조건으로 정보를 입력해주고 직접 상담원과 확인 전화까지 해주어 보험을 저렴한 비용으로 가입했네요. 주변의 다른 분들과 비교해 봐도 상당히 저렴하게 가입했고, 보험 조건도 아주 좋았어요. 그리고 차량 번호판 부착, 자동차 등록 절차를 모두 처리해 주셔서 저희는 차만 타고 있네요. 아는 주변 분은 다른 곳에서 자동차를 구매했는데, 계약 이후 차량 등록부터 차량 인수, 번호판 부착 까지 아주 애를 많이 먹어서 여행도 취소하게 되었어요.사실 차량 구매는 어디서든 할 수도 있을 거에요. 하지만 자동차는 구매에서 끝나는 것이 아니잖아요. 보험가입, 차량관리, 주기적인 부품 교체, 사고 발생시 대처 등 많은 변수가 있고 거기에 따른 것을 직접 처리해야 하는 문제가 있는데, 미국 생활이 익숙하지 않은 초보자에게는 너무 큰 부담이고 그 자체가 스트레스가 되죠. 이런 문제를 직접 다 처리해주시고 상담해주시고 관리해주시는 대표님 덕분에 지금까지 아무 문제 없이 잘 운행하고 있어요.차량과 관련해서 몇 가지 에피소드가 있는데, 남편은 평상시 차량을 조심히 운전하고 안전한 지역에 주차하지만 돌풍이 불던 주말 코스트코에 주차 후 문을 열었는데 갑자기 강한 바람이 불어 문이 확 젖혀져서 옆 차에 스크래치를 냈어요. 그 차량의 운전자가 내린 후 수리가 필요하다면서 이야기 하는데 이럴 때 어떻게 대응해야 하는지 몹시 당황했어요. 전 그 즉시 양해를 구하고 대표님에게 전화를 해서 문의했어요. 대표님은 걱정 말고 보험증서를 보여주라며 전혀 문제되지 않는다고 저희를 안심시켰어요. 그래서 서류를 찾는데 서류가 안 보이는 거에요. ㅠㅠ 그러던 중 상대방 운전자가 아이가 세명이니 차량 수리에 의해 차후 보험료가 대폭 오를테니 그냥 아무 일 없는 것으로 하겠다고 저희를 배려해 주더라구요(감사). 대표님은 작은 문제에도 주말 저녁에 직접 전화해서 잘 해결되었는지 확인전화까지 주셨어요.또 하나는, 차량에 어떤 문제가 생긴 것 같아 대표님께 전화를 하니 직접 차량을 가지러 오시고 그동안 불편함 없이 다른 차량을 이용할 수 있도록 필요한 조치를 다해주셨어요. 그리고 저희가 지나갈 때나 생활하면서 문의사항 있을 때 방문하면 차를 보시고 세차 서비스도 직접 해주십니다. 적다보니, 한 가지 웃긴 일도 떠오르네요. 저나 신랑이 차량에 대해 무지한 관계로 서머타임으로 인해 시간이 바뀌었음에도 이것을 어떻게 조정해야 하는지 몰라서 또 사모님께 도움을 받았네요.. 매뉴얼을 보면 되는데 대표님과 사모님께 너무 의지하다 보니 이런 민폐까지 끼치게 되는 것 같네요.사실, 저희는 자동차 뿐만 아니라 미국 생활하는데도 대표님께 많은 도움을 받았어요. 자동차 스팸 메일 처리, 집 문제와 관련한 상담 등 하나부터 열까지 도움을 받았네요. 저랑 남편은 미국 생활하면서 가장 큰 도움을 받은 곳은 바로 한국 자동차 라고 입을 모아 말하곤 해요.새로 여기에 오신 분들이 있으면 자동차는 한국 모터스 김태원 대표님을 찾아가라고 해요. “우리가 여기서 차량을 구매해서 이용하고 있는데 너무 편리하고 서비스가 좋다”고 다른 곳 가지 말고 꼭 여기로 가라고 우리 스스로가 자발적으로 홍보를 하고 있어요.아이들 여름방학 기간 한달여 정도 차량으로 서부를 이동할 계획입니다. 사람들은 걱정을 하지만 전 대표님의 점검과 관리 그리고 혹시 발생할 수 있는 문제에 대해 도움을 주실 것을 믿기에 걱정을 안하네요.서비스의 시작과 끝을 직접 책임지신다는 신념과 친절이 철저하게 몸에 체화된 대표님과 사모님을 전적으로 신뢰할 수 밖에 없네요.나중에 혹시 다시 미국에 오게 된다면 자동차, 집(최근에 부동산 자격증을 취득하셨다네요)은 김태원 대표님께 모두 의뢰해서 처음부터 어려움 없이 편안하게 정착하고 싶네요.대표님, 사모님 정말 감사해요
