Employee Rating is a new feature allowing consumers to rate their experience with individual dealership employees I was extremely pleased with our experience atHankook Motors. I typically prefer to buy cars from a private party, because they're usually cheaper. However, because we were on a tight schedule to find a new car, and we didn't want to make a poor decision or buy a lemo*************** we made the choice to look at dealerships. We were looking primarily at Honda CR-Vs, so when I came across the fully-loaded 2008 CR-V, I knew I had found a fantastic deal. I felt the price was low, and was worried there had been a mistake on the listing. I inquired anyway, and visited as early as I could the very next day. When I saw the car, it was in better condition than I had expected, and had a completely clean carfax. I jokingly told the salesma*************** Pat, I thought I'd be getting a steal on the car at the price they listed. He admitted that they'd made a mistake in listing it so low, and that they'd already raised the price by $800 (still low, in my opinion). I was worried they'd expect me to meet the new price, but Pat assured me that I was locked in at the original price I'd inquired about. What a relief! I test-drove the car and loved it. I needed to pick my wife up from the airport, but told Pat I wanted to bring her back to test-drive it as well, in hopes that we'd be making an offer. The sales manager told me that they had another customer coming in to look at the car, but that I was welcome to come back with my wife. Before I left, however, he assured me that they wouldn't sell the car out from under me. When I returned with my wife, we found out that not only was the car still there, but Hankook Motors had actually asked the other prospective buyer not to come in because we were so serious about the car. I felt that Pat andMike kimreally earned our trust, and it made me all the more happy to make an offer. We ultimately paid more than we wanted for the car, but not because they raised the price. It was because of the fantastic warranty thatThey offered. On an 8 year-old vehicle, things could start breaking at any moment. The 5 year, 50,000 mile warranty they offered gave me the peace-of-mind I needed to be happy buying a slightly older vehicle than I originally wanted. I'm now guaranteed to only pay $100 on any repair the car needs, and although I was already extremely happy with my experience atHankook Motors, this sent me over the top! Having only ever bought cars from private sellers, having a warranty on my car--let alone one as good as this--wasn't something that had crossed my mind before I walked into the dealership. Laura helped us through the whole process, and she was wonderful. In the end, it was a great car-buying experience. I'll definitely look atHankook Motors first the next time I need to buy a car. Everyone there was extremely personable and kind--by the end of the process they felt like old friends. I couldn't be happier with the car or with the service they provided!

I gave Hankook Motors a 5 star rating because I received great customer service. I emailed Pauline for about a month before my mom actually went to go get the car for me. The car is in excellent besides a few minor scratches & dings but they're covering that for me. I went in looking for a car with my sudden need of a new car and they were very helpful. I went in looking at one and they helped me find the perfect car for me. I did not feel like I was at a pushy dealership where they just want you to buy any car but the right one for you. I left feeling confident and very happy my search

I am inspired to share this little anecdote about Hankook Motors because the business sells fantastic automobiles while effortlessly offering an atmosphere of conscientiousness that connects with the customer. I am living proof that customer service is one committed on satisfying the customer first rather than solely focusing on its bottom line. Recently I purchased a gorgeous used luxury vehicle. The entire buying experience was extremely enjoyable. Don’t get me wrong I love the car, but this is about how enthralled I am with the company’s management and sales people! I had a couple of concerns in regard to my vehicle weeks after I finalized my sales contract. Upon hearing my worries and without hesitation the sales manager, JOHN FLEMING, assured me that he would take care of the matters and sprang into action. He extracted time from his busy schedule to carefully, meticulously, and persistently work on doing what needed to be done to gratify me. The staff atHankook Motors, in particular John Fleming, ensured my complete satisfaction before, during, and AFTER the sale. Their actions define the perception of good will and success. I am still amuse how I was able to get such a great deal for less but guess what? This dealership is amazing and the choice you should make when you want yo get a great car and spend less then others dealerships. I was looking for a specific model that I found at Hankook Motors through a commercial website. I am glad I gave them a call because I was able to make an appointment to drive the car. I felt so comfortable with the personnel of this dealership who was able to explain and guide me trough the process of getting my car. The time I was leaving I was really satisfy and also, when I called later for an issue I had, they came to assist me in a timely manner. I would definitely recommend this dealer to all of my friends.

oe& Mike Kimprovided very good service during my purchase of a 2010 Lexus RX350. He was very polite and responsive to my requests. Laura in finance worked hard and was quick to get financing for me.

2014년 여름 남편의 미국발령으로 버지니아로 오게 됐다 지인도 친척도 없는데.. 다행히 버지니아는 한국인들이 많이 살고 있어서 다양한 분야에 한국인들이 자리잡고 있어서 한국인을 통한 정착이 쉬운 편이다 특히 처음 정착할 때는 언어문제나 한국과 다른 사회 시스템등으로 어려움이 많은데 이럴 때 한국인을 통해서 할 수 있다는 건 상당한 편리함이다 집을 한국인 realtor 를 통해 계약하고 맨처음 한 것이 차량을 구매한 것인데 realtor 분이 추천해주신 곳이 한국자동차다 평소 자동차에 대한 관심도 전무한데다가 한정된 간 (2년 발령기간)동안만 사용할 차라 어찌해야할지 막막했다. 그런 우리에게 한국자동차 김태원 사장님께서 우리에게 딱 맞는 차량들 몇 개를 추천해주셨다. 사실 난 차량구입에 상당히 많은 예산을 짜고 있었다. 그런데 사장님께서 그것보다 훨씬 저렴하면서 실속있는 것을 추천해주셨다. 결코 싸구려 나쁜 차를 추천해주신 것이 아니고 우리처럼 잠깐씩 있다 갈 경우에 알맞은 차량을 추천해 주신 거다.그리고 차량구입시 사장님께서 엔진오일등 차량 유지시 필요한 몇가지들을 보증해주신 것이 너무도 믿음직스러웠다. 1년 6개월이 지난 지금도 그 믿음은 유지되고 있다. 처음 약속처럼 엔진오일 몇회(몇회인지 까먹었다ㅠ)도 넣어주셨고 에어콘필터 및 우리가 조금이라도 차량이 이상한 것 같다고 하면 언제든지 해결해 주셨다. (아무 문제 아닌 경우도 귀담아들어주셨다.)차량만 판 것이 아니고 그 차를 타고 있는 동안 생기는 문제에 대해서도 언제든지 해결해주신다는 믿음, 그 믿음을 파신 것이다.미국에 가면 한국인들을 조심하라고들 많이 하는데 저는 오히려 한국인들의 도움을 많이 받았다. 처음에 우리집을 계약해주신 realtor분(정말 고마운 분이시다. 한국에서부터 일식면도 없는 사람으로부터의 연락을 친절히 받아주시고, 우리 계약을 정직하게 해 주신분)부터 한국자동차 김태원 사장님까지..있는 동안 안전히 잘 탔고 앞으로 남은 6개월 동안도 안전히 잘 탈거라 믿는다.

나는 인생의 반이상을 한국에서 살다가 대기업을 명예퇴직을 하고 자식들의 교유과 제2의 인생을 설계해 보고자 과감히 미국행을 선택하여 이곳 버지니아에 오게 되었는데버지니아로 오게된 사연은 그래도 여기에 처형이 계서서 정착에 도움이 될까해서다...도착하면서 곧 미국생활이 만만치 않음을 느낄수 있었다. 일단 집을 rent하는 것이 너무나 어려웠고 이문제로 거의 두달을 처형댁에서 신세를 지게 되어 너무 미안하기도 했다.이런 상황에서 자동차 구입은 엄두도 내지 못하고 있었는데...미국온지 3개월만에 겨우 집을 계약할수 있었고 그때부터 여러지인 분들로 부터 몇분의 딜러와 카센터 사장님 등을 소개받고또한중고차 사이트 뒤지고 또한 신차 딜러상도 방문하기도 하면서 자동차를 구입하려고 여러저기 뛰어다니고 있었다.그때 한국에서 부터 조금 알던 지인분께서 한국자동차 김태원사장님의 연락처를 주시면서 최소한 사기는 당하지 않을 것이다라고 말하면서 한번 가보라고 하셨다.그래서 먼저 전화 통화를 한후에 대략 원하는 차량의 spec을 말씀드렸더니 비슷한 차를 보유하고 있으니 한번 와 보라고 해서 처음으로 김태원사장님과 얼굴을 대면하게 되었다.그런데 이야기를 하면 할수록 믿음이 가는 분 그런 분이었다. 본인의 상황에 거의 맞는 차량을 추천해 주시고 제일 맘에 드는 부분은 자기차를 팔려는 장사치 같지 않았다는 것이다.강요하지 않고 여러가지 case별로 선택의 폭을 주시고 고객이 선택할 수 있도록 해 준다는 점에서 그동안 내가 만났던 어느 딜러보다 신뢰감이 갔다.내가 원하는 차를 함께 시승을 하면서 차량의 특징에 대하여 설명을 해 주는 부분은 매우 인상적이었다. 정말 믿음이 갔다.( 물론 그 이후 지금까지 그 믿음은 지속되고 있다)그 당시 심정은 " 이차를 사면 걱정이 없겠구나" 라는 생각이 들었고 구입하기로 맘을 먹었다.그리고 자동차보험도 스스로 알아보고 오시라고 해서 지인분을 통해서 몇군데 알아 보았는데 보험금도 상당히 높았다. 하지만 나의 장점들을 수집하여 보험료를 상당한 액수를 절감해 주셨고그 이후 보험회사와 관계와 카운티에서 오는 우편물에 대한 자문까지 너무 친절하게 해 주셨다. 솔직히 전화하기가 미안할 정도다.현지에서 40년이상 사신 형님(처형남편)께서 상당히 믿음이 가는 사업가라고 칭찬을 하시고 계시고 당신도 차량구입할 일이 있으면 한국자동차에서 하시겠다고 하신다..그리고 이민생활에 대한 몇가지 조언도 나에게는 큰 힘이 되었다. 도움이 필요하면 언제든지 연락하라는 말이 너무나도 고맙게 생각한다.앞으로 계속해서 사업이 번창하시기 기원한다.

I've been driving that car for almost two weeks, Everyone was very friendly, the things they told me so far have checked out, and I'm extremely happy with my vehicle, and the price at which I secured it. I wasn't pressured into buying warranties or other extras - just asked and my "no" was respected. I also traded my car i*************** and feel like I got a fair price on it. Bottom line: I got a great car at a good deal, and I would definitely buy from here again.

저는 작년 8월 초에 이곳 페어팩스에 도착해서 한국자동차에서 렉서스 350을 구매해서 지금까지 7개월을 고장없이 만족하며 사용하고 있어요. 감사드려요도착해서 처음에 새차를 구입하려고 마음먹었다가 가격대가 많이 비싸서, 여기저기 중고차 업체를 알아보던 중, 이곳에서 중고차량을 구매하고 만족스러웠다는 후배의 소개로 그냥 함 들렀어요.그런데 다른곳과 달리, 설명해주는 매니저뿐 아니라 사장님이 한국분이셔서 아주 편안한 마음으로 차량들에 대해 설명을 들을수 있었고, 여러차량을 시승도 해보면서 결정할 수 있어서 좋았어요차량상태와 가격 등에 대해서도 자세히 설명해주셔서 마음에 드는 렉서스 350으로 결정하고 바로 구매했지요. 추가로 3번의 무료 엔진오일 교체와 수시 차량상태 점검 등 후한 서비스도 마음에 들어서 안심하고 타고다니고 있어요게다가 차량구매와 동시에 어려운 차량보험가입을 쉽게 가이드해주시며, 저의 짧은 영어실력으로는 받기 어려운 여러가지 보험비용 감면혜택을 다 받으며 보험가입을 바로 하면서 매우 만족스러웠어요, 나중에 다른곳에서 차량을 구입하고 보험에 가입한 사람과 비교해보니 몇백불이나 저렴하게 보험을 가입했더라구요, 정말 감사드려요~작년 연말, 그리고 올해 2월에 장거리 여행을 떠나기 전에 한국자동차에 들러서, 차량상태를 점검받고 자신있게 일주일 동안 여행할 수도 있었던 것도 좋았구요저처럼 단기간 내지 장기간 연수나오시는 분들이 있을때 바로 주저없이 소개해주고 싶은 곳이어서 한명을 소개하기도 했구요. 그친구도 현재 만족하며 잘 운행하고 있답니다좋은 가격에 좋은 서비스를 지속해주셔서 감사드리고 번창하시길 기원합니다감사합니다.

안녕하세요.Radio Code 옆 좌석에 적혀져 있는 번호가 맞았습니다.몇 일 전 눌러보니 정상작동되더라구요. 그 동안 왜 안됐는지는 저도 의문이네요...조금 늦은 감 있지만 구입한 차를 어느정도 타보고 후기 남기는 게 더욱 신뢰있는 후기라는 생각에 이제서야 후기를 남깁니다. 아는 분 소개로 찾아가 작년 12월쯤 2003 Acura 구입하였습니다.첫 날 상담 후, 외관은 조금 벗겨지고 높은 마일 수를 가지고 있는 차였지만 내부 구성요소가 정말 괜찮다는 차를 소개해주셨습니다. 아무래도 외관에 먼저 눈이 갔고, 차도 커서 마음에 들지 않았습니다. 하지만 적은 예산으로 구입하기에는 선택의 폭이 작음을 인지하였고 딜러분 말씀하신대로 내부 구성요소가 훨씬 더 중요하다는 생각이 옳은 거 같아 처음 소개해줬던 차를 구입하게 되었습니다.4개월여 차를 타고 다녀보니 가격대비 정말 좋은 차를 소개시켜준 것 같아 기분이 좋습니다. 또한 서류작업, 보험, 세금 등도 도와주시니 차에 대해 잘모르는 초보자가편하게 잘샀다는 생각이 듭니다. 물론 오래된 차라 장거리 운전하기에 심리적인 걱정있지만 여태껏 잔고장 한 번 없었고 잘 타고 다니고 있습니다. 제 차를 소유하면서 운전한 것은 처음이었는데, 외관이 너무 깨끗한 차였다면 조그마한 스크래치에도 마음이 많이 아팠을 텐데 그렇지 않아 오히려 더 잘산 것 같습니다. 딜러분이 저의 경우를 많이 접해보셔서 그런지 상담할 때 필요한 정보를 잘 캐치하셔서 그런지 저에게 딱 맞는 차로 잘 추천해주셨습니다. 만족스러운 구입이었기에 주변에 차를 사겠다는 사람이 있다면 적합한 차를 구입할 수 있도록 도와주셨던 Hankook Motors를 소개해 줄 생각입닌다.아, 딜러샵 갈 때마다 늦은 시간에 가서 죄송했습니다만 항상 친절하게 맞아주셔서 감사했습니다.

I can speak for the whole dealership as it was really professional, but this review is mainly for the customer service thatMikeKimis a Superb Professional provided me with while purchasing my new car here. His customer service is exemplary .I usually do not give a five star rating but my experience here withMike was so exceptional that he really deserved it. He went above and beyond by helping me through nervous breakdowns to getting every single detail right regarding the car purchase. For 2weaks, he worked with me, checked in from time to time to give me status updates and even sent me photos. Every question was answered and we traveled from Fairfax to around area to test drive the car. He gave me a competitive price all the meanwhile as painless and efficient as possible. From arrival, through test drive through purchase took 2 hours. I got the right car at a very fair value andMike was proactive on explaining everything to me throughout the process. Buying a car from Hankook motors was the best. I mea*************** where else can you find an adorable red Fiat at just the right price andmileage that you are looking for ? I recently went in and looked around their lot, and ended up buying my first car there. Mike Kim & Pauline were very helpful andfriendly. I was immediately approached when I was walking ground outside car browsing, and Pauline was happy to walk me through a lot of options when I was still deciding what car I wanted.I fell in love with a beautiful Fiat 500 that had only around 10.000 miles on it. Even though the car was not ready to sell yet,Hankookmotors was sure to get the car ready for me in a very timely manner. As far as the car buying process, it was fast all thingsconsidered. The staff did a great job walking me through my options sa a first-time buyer. The price an almost new car was a steal, and the carmight as well be new.
