I walked away with a new pair of keys in hand and feeling happy about my purchase. After a few back and firths with negotiations George and his team helped to make the transaction happen. I am happy and believe I got the car I should've gotten the first time I purchased, but since I didn't... I got a very good deal and all I can say is I'm happy about it. I would definitely recommend.

I was looking for a first car for my 17 year old daughter. I knew the car she wanted (VW Beetle) and what I wanted to pay. Rahi was both professional and courteous and he expedited my deal in a timely and efficient manner. And when we noticed a section of the armrest needed to be repaired, Michael Kim was quick to order the part to have it fixed immediately. When my daughter saw her dream car she literally cried! Mike made the sometimes tedious process of buying a car very easy. Not only was he friendly and courteous, but he was professional and knowledgeable. He was very open and upfront about the vehicle, he provided me with reports and a history of the car. He was willing to come pick me up so that I didn't have to get a ride to the dealership to pickup the car. I called ahead and he had all of the paperwork ready for me to sign when I arrived. Was looking for an inexpensive but reliable car in good condition for my son who just graduated high school. Used DealerRated to locate dealers and then view inventory. Their website was easy and found a car we were interesed in that fit what we were looking for and the price range. I submitted a trade in inquiry for an older car and it was not what we had hoped for. George called and we talked about it and there was no pressure at all and he said yes the still have the car we wanted to look at. He sent me an email right away with his contact information and told him we would be in to look at the car within a couple of hours. Upon arriving at the dealer I noticed their cars were very well kept and organized. The showroom was very clean and well kept. The work bays were very well kept and clean. George was with another customer and thanked us for coming in and he would be with us as soon as he was done to please have a seat in the lounge. He got with us shortly after that, already had a license plate in his hand so we could take the car for a test ride. He said please take it for 15-20 minutes and see if we like it. He stated they just got it in from the original owner and had not had time to detail it, the car was extremely clean and well kept. The test ride was excellent, ride, handing, everything. Upon returning George asked use if that was want we wanted and I said yes lets see about financing. He never tried to steer us to another car or hide anything with this car and was very professional. While waiting for financing he was pleasant and we conversated. It tool longer due to my financial and credit from previous years but they stuck to it and worked on it and found a bank to finance the car at very reasonable interest rate and payments. Since the car was a 2002 and as is sale they even included a 30 day power train warranty at no cost. All the employees that we talked to or dealt with were very professional, pleasant and courteous. All the cars on his lot were clean and mostly of European make or of luxury vehicles. Very nice. If I ever decide to purchase a used luxury vehicle I will purchase from them

My mother and I was tremendously please with the customer service rendered by Mr. Zack Owens and Mike Kim. I happen to find a Honda Accord EX-L that my mother was interested in via the internet at Fairfax Motors. Since I happen to live in the area, I decided to check it out. Mr. Owens had the vehicle prepared for me to view and test drive upon my visit. I explained to him that I was shopping for my mother and told him that she was interested in purchasing the vehicle. Long story short, Mr. Owens was contacted by my mothers financial institution and proceeded with the vehicle purchase. Once the finances were in order, all my mother had to do was complete the transaction and pick up the vehicle. I gave Mr. Owens a date of when I would have my mother at the dealership to pick up the car since she was coming from North Carolina. Yes! It was to good of a deal to pass on. Zack's professionalism and courtesy made the transaction painless, and my mom a very satisfied customer. Mike Kim ensured the vehicles readiness to hit the open road reaffirming the great customer service provided. They even insisted that my mom give them a courtesy call to ensure her safe return to NC. Now that's customer service!

Being a person that always has his guard up when dealing with auto dealerships, I was pleasantly surprised with my experience with Sean. He was friendly and enjoyable to work with. The experience with financing, paperwork and the completion of the sale was beyond our expectations. Mike was also a pleasure to work with concerning the other items that we were concerned about on our new vehicle. He was able to solve the issues in a timely manner. We have been back to the dealership twice now and they (Mike and Sean) were both as friendly as our first meeting.

By far the BEST car buying experience I have ever had. Quick, efficient, friendly, open and transparent. We were in and out of the dealership in my sons new car in just a little over an hour and 15 minutes, and that included the test drive. The car passed MD state inspection and we received the plates and the registration on Saturday. A seamless, professional and very pleasant transaction. I've bought about 10 cars over the years and this was the best car-buying experience I can recall. Vincent Wasson was an exceptional salesman - he was proactive and customer oriented - he made the entire process enjoyable and continued to be involved and supportive after the sale was completed. He was instrumental in helping secure improved trade-in value for my old car as well. Mike Kim was also extremely accommodating and efficient in completing the transaction. Together with Vincent, they were a great team and helped quickly reach a fair cost for the car and my trade-in vehicle.

I visited Hankook Motors on 3/30/2019. I had seen their advertisement for a 2003 Toyota Matrix on Car Gurus. I was very interested in the car. When I walked into the dealership Faheem Malik greeted me and I told him I was interested in the Matrix. He took me on a long test drive and I loved the car. When we got back to the dealership we sat down and started the business transaction. It became clear to me that I had not brought enough cash because I brought a little more than the advertised price on Car Gurus. I had not brought enough for dealer processing and taxes. By this time I was getting very discouraged. Faheem went to his boss and got some of the costs cut and I was able to purchase the car. I am extremely impressed with Faheem's &Mike's dedication to the customer's satisfaction.

I’ve known this dealership for years, the employees there are so easy to deal with, they never force you to buy anything or try to rip you off, cars are great! I certainly recommend this place.
