차를 새로 구입해야 해서 중고차 처분을 하려고 딜러와 카맥스에서 견적을 받아 보았지만 실망이 되는 견적이었습니다. 많은 사람들이 중고차 처분 하면서 큰 기대는 하지 않겠지만 카맥스에서 유사한 중고차 판매가와 구매가의 차이가 크다보니 쉽게 매매하자는 마음 또한 살아지는 느낌이었습니다. 남편이 한국자동차 광고를 알려주었고 평소에 읽지 않는 리뷰도 읽고 나서 한국 자동차를 찾아갔습니다. 분명 중고차를 팔기위해 갔는데 사장님께서는 자동차 구입보다 고객에게 어떻게 도움이 되실 수 있으신지에 더 관심을 두셨습니다. 방문한 날과 우리차를 판매한 날까지 차에 관련해 새로운 지식도 얻고 무엇보다 친절한 서비스에 중고차 쇼핑한 가격보다 좋은 가격에 구입해 주셨습니다. 중고차를 파셔야 한다면 꼭 고려해 보셔야 할 곳이라고 (방문전 가격 쇼핑을 먼저 하시고 사장님과 전화예약 후에 가시면 효율적인 방문이 되실 듯) 추천해 드리고 싶습니다.Sometimes I am very skeptical about the review comments because I do not know who wrote and why they wrote them. As far as my experience goes, it was above and beyond used car selling experience. Mr. Kim and the lady staff were extremely kind and professional. If anyone needs to sell their used cars, they should definitely consider visiting (by appointment) before making a final decision.

I was really impressed with their service. I was in a car accident and needed a new car for myself. Mr. Kim was able to find me a perfect used 2016 Sonata with great finance options. It had less than 30,000 mileage as well! Also, their after services are really great. If you are in need of a new car definitely go check this place out! They have great used cars for great prices and service !

We bought our new car here in March and it was a great experience! We had been to a bunch of other dealerships, but MIke really made us feel comfortable with our purchase. He went above and beyond to answer tons of our questions. If it wasn't for MIke, we would probably have kept looking. Thanks again!

I have been researching cars for over a month and decided to purchase a Hyundai Genesis. On April 18, 2019I located the car I wanted at Hankook Motors so I drove an hour and a half to FAIRFAX Virginia to see the car. Upon walking in the door I was approached by MIke kim, but not in your usual aggressive pushy salesmen kind of way. Mr Kim"s demeanor was calm, welcoming, and helpful. We talked about the car, I told him I was paying cash and had the amount I was willing to pay. We were about a thousand dollars apart on the price and I was walking out on the deal. Mr. Kim asked if I could wait because he wanted to work with me to get me into this car. We were able to hammer a deal out, went for a test drive and by the end of the entire process I ended up feeling almost like a personal friend of Mr. Kim. He was so kind, professional, down to earth, and understanding. I have bought many cars and SUVs,new, used ,luxury and economy, but honestly Hankook Motors and specificallyMr Kim was the best salesman I have ever dealt with period. I would recommend him to anyone thinking of purchasing a car. Even if you are coming from another part of the country, well worth it. When I purchase another car, Hankook Motors will be my ONLY STOP. Mike is the prototype of what a sales consultant should be.

The staff here were absolutely wonderful. I went to purchase a vehicle for my daughter and upon arrival Faheem had already bought the vehicle to the front so that I could inspect and test drive. The car was completely beautiful and exceeded all my expectations. I will be in the market for another vehicle for my soon to be 18 year old daughter and I will definitely be going to Hankook Motors. Great experience working with Mr. Kim! The car I purchased was in great condition but if there is a time I need any work done, he is very prompt and diligent in getting my car in. He coordinates everything for me and is very informative and reasonably priced. My car gets washed and vacuumed every time I come in too! Overall, customer service is beyond excellent!

Best car buying experience I have ever had. Faheem & Mike are the easiest salesperson to work with. He was very understanding of my needs and went over and beyond to help me. 몇일전에 리스한 자동차를 반납하려고하는데 실제 차 가격보다 더 많은 금액을 내야한다고 하더라구요. 리스할당시에는 이런저런 말이 없고해서 했는데..... 자기네 차를 제 계약을 하던지 아니면 그에따른 돈을 지불하던지 말이죠. 어처구니 없고 딜러의 행포를 고스란히 당했습니다. 리스 별로 좋지가 않아요. 영어도 못하는데 따지자니 좀 그렇고해서 고민하다가 한국 자동차에 와서 상담을 하였는데 보호를 받지 못한다네요. 결국 돈을 내야 했지만 여러가지 알기쉽게 상황설명과 더불어 내가 봐야할 일까지 친절하게 봐주셔서 깨끗하게 해결했어요 고맙고 수고하셨습니다. 모쪼록 번창하시길 바랍니다.<

By far the best experience you can ask for in a car dealership the staff were very helpful, vehicle are in great condition. the process was very transparent and smooth, Mike was great from start to finish answered all our questions, even AFTER we had made a deal mike went above and beyond to help us out. I will definitely be back and recommend Hankookmotors to my friends and family.

Quality, credibility & reliability of car & sales person will be far most important factors to be considered when you buy used car.
