Pat, Mike and Laura were wonderful to deal with at Hankook. Pricing is right for the vehicles they are selling and they have very reasonable financing options for everyone. Having traveled over 5 hrs to purchase my vehicle, they made the process seamless and were very accommodating. I would highly recommend this dealership.

아무리 심사숙고하고 요리조리 재어봐도 운이 없으면 낭패를 당하기 일쑤이니깐요. 하지만 한국자동차와 거래하는 그 순간부터는 땅을 치는 후회나 아쉬움을 가질 필요나 이유가 없을 것이라고 감히 단언합니다. 저는 4개월 전 쯤에 차량 문의로 사장님과 통화하고 방문 즉시 계약하였습니다. 사장님께서는 예산뿐만 아니라 용도, 가족 수, 운전자의 취향 등 여러가지 측면에서 합리적인 차를 추천해 주십니다. 또한 엔진오일 교환 등과 같은 지속적인 사후관리와 미국에서는 보기 드문 빠른 AS로 성질 급한 저 같은 사람에게도 큰 만족을 주십니다. 또한, 가격도 카멕스보다 훨씬 저렴하니 여기저기 견적문의 마시고 한국자동차와 거래하실 것을 강력히 추천합니다.

I have bought three cars from this dealer and I have loved all the experiences I had. Very courteous, understanding, easy to work with and the prices were outstanding. I loved all the people who were there. No pressure to buy, but makes you feel special and they all wanted to help. All the cars I purchased were in great condition and I can see that the owner of the company really loves cars. If they only sold me cars, people reading this may be a little skeptical, but I actually sold three of my cars as well. The whole process was just so easy and hassle free. Needless to say, if you are looking for a quality car dealership who cares about people and cars they are selling, give them a try, whether you buy a car from them or not, I'm sure you'll have a pleasant experience

Car-buying is one of my least favorite experiences, but today my husband and I visited Hankook motors--and I've changed my mind! We found a car listed online that peeked our interest. We dealt with Joe andMike Kimand as other reviewers have noted, they were not "pressure" salesmen. Unfortunately I cannot remember the name of the gracious woman who handled all the paperwork. The whole transaction was friendly and professional. And--we love our purchase! We'll be back the next time.....

유학생으로 처음와서 집 구하고, 차 구하느라 고생한게 엊그제 같은데 벌써 3달이 지났습니다. 처음에 아무것도 모르며 해매는 저를 위해 얼마나 세심하게 배려해주셨는지 생각하면 아직도 너무 감사한 마음입니다.자동차 구매를 위해 Craigslist를 살펴보고, 차주와 전화하는 제 모습을 민박집 사장님께서 보시고 한국자동차를 소개해주셨을땐 과연 이게 맞는 정보인지 반신반의했습니다. 미국에 처음와서 집,자동차 등 최소 1-2천만원 소요되는 일들을 처리하려다보니 경계심이 한참 높았던 것 같아요.그런데, 당시 민박집 사장님께서 주재원 사이에 신뢰할만한 가게로 소문난 곳이라며,하지만 본인과는 전혀 관계없는 곳이라고 강조하시며,정말 조심스럽게 소개해주실 때 손해 보는 것 아니니 한번 알아나 보자하고 웹사이틀 찾아봤던 기억이 납니다

As a first time car buyer I had a great experience with the staff of Hankook Motors. I was introduced to Pat who helped me pick out the Toyota Camry I came looking for. He gave me great details about the vehicle that really helped narrow my choice. There happened to be a couple who also wanted to buy the vehicle but Pat made sure that I had first dibs! I was very grateful of the deal that I got from Hankook Motors. Mike, who is aowner also made my experience worth while. This friendly staff makes your car buying experience fun and easy. What astonished me about this dealership is that they even gave me a ride back to the metro station! shout out to Marcelo and the rest of the staff for taking care of me and leaving me in a wonderful car. purchased a Mercedes Benz ML350. People working in Hankook Motors are very friendly and helpful. They don't waste your time by offering you a high price and give you discount based on over priced vehicles. Their prices are very true based on cars. Cars are handpicked and in excellent conditions. When I wanted to buy my car I researched the marked and spent a lot of time with other dealers. No other dealers were this much honest and friendly I believe they are the best in the area. I am 100 percent positive and would recommend them

They have quick and diligent staff, which translated into an excellent purchasing experience. The dealership was transparent in all aspect. In example, the negotiation of the "out the door price" was upfront (no hidden fees). The sale experience did not end with the purchase. They made sure that I promptly received my registratio*************** tag, and title. So far the car has met/exceeded my expectations. I would recommend this dealership to my friends and family.

online car search ended at Hankook motors. When I found this car online I was surprised that it was priced about rightand I wouldnot have to sacrifice on my wish list ! ( color, low mileage, sunroof, 4-matic,etc )I would have loved to get more off the price ! who doesnot wanna save $$$?However, overall I feel satisfied with my purchase.

I bought a car at Hankook motors yesterday. I drove five hours to get there and it was worth the driving. I met this great salesman name Pat & MIke kim who are very down to earth and a true New Yorker with the most sense of humor. The staff there are excellent and very professional. Laura, the finance director did a great job finalized the deal in less than 3 hours I was driving home in a beautiful and immaculate Lexus . I wasted no time and I am very satisfied with the service

RatingHankook Motors with five stars does not do the dealership justice. It's more like a 10! The car buying experience was extremely welcoming, dedicated, and attentive. Mike Kim and John are true professionals and it is obvious that they are motivated by their care for the customer. The vehicles at the dealership are of the utmost quality and the atmosphere is relaxed and amiable.Hankook Motors is in a class of its own and has succeeded in destroying all stereotypical notions of what we've become accustomed to in regard to "dogged" car dealerships and salespersons.
